10 Subtle Posing Hacks By Celebs That You Can Also Use To Improve Your Photos
We live in a world of social media, where looking 'perfect' seems to be the most important thing to portray in our photos online. Because of the evolution of social media, A lot of us feel that our lives need to be picture-perfect, and sometimes, we develop very negative thoughts about ourselves when things don't go so well.
Because let's face it, some of us spend hours trying to take the perfect photo to upload as our display picture, trying every angle and editing every little imperfection just to look "right". It's a tragic thing but it is hard to escape the spotlight of superficial expectations set by millions of strangers.
We are constantly comparing ourselves and judging other people. Perfection is a myth, but that doesn't stop anyone from trying too hard to achieve it, maybe even altering their own identity to fit in with the idealistic image they created for themselves.
Part of why people nowadays struggle to strive for perfection online is the raging presence of models and influencers that have somehow set the standard to direct how people should look in order to become beautiful. This raised a whole lot of insecurities and body dysmorphia, and many girls are not satisfied enough when they don't just look right in a photo, nitpicking every little detail.
That being said, looking perfect on photos is not always effortless, even for celebrities. When you look at it closer, you can actually notice that certain celebrities (even Kylie Jenner!) do something subtle in order to spice up their body or face by posing in a way that captures all their flattering angles.
It's not always in the editing process, sometimes it's the way we take the photos as well. Well, without further ado, here are some subtle "hacks" that most celebrities actually do to get that perfect photo, and maybe you can try them, too!
1. Squinting Your Eyes
Just like the fox eye trend, squinting your eyes will make you look more flirty, feminine, and younger. When taking a photo of yourself, slightly narrow your eyes and make a tiny smile without forcing everything too much.
This hack makes your cheekbones a lot more prominent and make your face look younger.
