However, his friend, who was getting married and was on a tight budget, asked him to shoot the wedding. Initially, Icy-Reserve6995 tried to turn down his friend, citing that he wasn't a good photographer, but he later accepted when his friend told him he didn't care about the outcome.
The duo agreed on a $250 fee for a 10-hour coverage of the wedding. On the wedding day, Icy-Reserve6995 began taking photos at 11 am and was due to finish around 7:30 pm.
But by 5 pm, he was hungry and wanted to take a twenty-minute break to get something to eat and drink, but his friend told him that he couldn't because he needed to continue working as a photographer. His friend gave him an ultimatum, saying he could stay and photograph or leave without pay.
Frustrated and upset, Icy-Reserve6995 asked if he was sure, to which his friend answered yes, so he deleted all the photos he had taken and left. Icy-Reserve6995 said the couple was on their honeymoon and had been off social media since then, but people had been on their social media page asking about their wedding photos.
Icy-Reserve6995 wondered if he was in the wrong in this situation. Here's how the AITA community responded to his post.
Here's OP's post.
