20 Redditors Share What People Complain About Like It’s A Common Problem But It Actually Isn’t
Most of us have heard a few complaints that people had or just things that we were warned about that actually didn't turn out to be such a big problem. Sometimes things can be a little bit dramatic when it comes to what children are taught, what we are told, or what is shown on the television.

A good example of this is when they show quicksand in cartoons and make it seem like we all had to watch out for random spots of quicksand or we'd sink into it. This is just one example, but per usual Reddit, commenters came through with a lot more where that came from.
This Reddit user CoverYourself-inOil asked the question "What do people complain about like it's everywhere but is actually rather rare?" This question definitely stirred the pot for some Reddit users as they decided to post their comments below.
While we were scanning through, we noticed that there are actually quite a few examples of this, and a lot of them you probably will recognize as well. It seems that being dramatic about things is quite common and unfortunately it made us think some things would be worse problems than they really are.

People giving out drugs in Halloween candy was definitely a common thing people were worried about.
To people, anything that closely resembles a gunshot sound is a gunshot, even though it might not be.

Some of these problems definitely were just from our childhoods that were told to us either to scare us, prepare us, or entertain us. Either way, it's safe to say that some of these crazy things we were warned about before, actually don't become a big problem at all.
