The Anonymous Hacker Group Threatened Western Companies To Shut Down Operations In Russia Before It's Too Late
It's been more than a month since Russia decided to invade Ukraine and start this horrible war. And with how things are looking at the moment, the end of this war doesn't seem to be on the horizon.

During this period we've seen efforts from all around the world working together to help Ukraine and its people in any way possible. It's been heartwarming reading news about pretty much the entire world united together to help these poor people.
Huge amounts of humanitarian aid have been sent to Ukraine, along with military support for the Ukrainian Andarmy. We've also witnessed many countries adopt countless sanctions against Russia to force them to put an end to this war.
Besides all of these amazing efforts, Europeans have been more than active when it comes to taking in the millions of refugees that were forced to abandon their homes as the war raged on. All of these efforts were huge in the battle against this evil.
To top it all off, the famous hacker group Anonymous was active as well, and they took plenty of steps against Russia. These steps include taking down news media and even the Ministry of Defense website.
After everything they've done to support Ukraine, they issued a warning to western brands that they need to stop funding Russia with their businesses.
After targeting media that's close to the Russian regime, the hacker group Anonymous shifted its focus to Western companies that are still operating in Russia
The group posted their warning on Twitter where they announced that they will target any Western brand that doesn't stop operating in Russia within 48 hours
They also posted this photo with some of the companies that are being warned
The group used Halliburton and Schlumberger as examples for the other companies
Denys Shmyhal, Ukraine's Prime Minister, tweeted that Nestle will stay in the Russian market

NAZVA, a designer clothing brand, reposted some edited Nestle chocolate bars that show their stance on the war
The edited chocolate bars featured messages saying the chocolate had the taste of tears, terror, pain, fear, and ash.
The chocolate bar wrapper showed the devastation caused by the war in Ukraine with blood pouring out of the chocolate
The American tire company, Bridgestone took the warning seriously, and they suspended all manufacturing and sales in Russia
Lots of people had something to say about this warning, with some of them naming more companies that need to be added to the list, such as Renault
Franchises can apparently still continue working even without official corporate assistance
Phillip Morris is another big company that should find its name on the list
There was lots of love for the Anonymous team
This isn't the first time Anonymous did a favor for humanity
This Ukrainian news outlet definitely enjoyed these news
No respect for companies that fuel Russia's military

We've seen countless support for Ukraine in all forms but what Anonymous is doing is a huge step in the right direction. This type of support is something we've not seen often but it's bound to be effective.
We hope these and all other companies listen to this warning and stop funding the Russian war machine.
