Health and fitness is in the forefront of many people's minds. Maybe their goals are to gain muscle mass, or lose body fat. Either way, counting calories is one of the way in which people can reach those attainable goals.
But, some people think that their goals are reachable without putting in the effort of working out what they're eating. And that's where it goes all wrong.

The original poster reached out to the internet with a simple request; he was after a health food recipe book that was directed at low calorie foods.
His weight loss goals meant that he has to consume about 1700 calories a day.
He was told by this girl that calorie counting is all bollocks.
