Welcome back to another Reddit post that was submitted on the AITA thread that we just had to look into. Truly this is another situation that isn't that crazy and drama-filled, but there was still a lot of feedback on his post.

We love looking into these posts because they're always so fun and easy to get an opinion on. So today, we wanted to dive into a post where a girl posted about how his family was upset about his choice to wear a company shirt to dinner.

His family was upset because of what he wore to dinner, saying that he was stealing the spotlight from his family member that was celebrating their birthday. However, he feels like he didn't do anything wrong since the shirt didn't bring up much conversation.

We feel like this post is one that isn't crazy, so it's a pretty fun read and doesn't add any additional stress when trying to form a stance or any opinion. He starts off his post explaining the situation with the birthday dinner and what he did to get dressed.

He said that he just chose whatever shirt was clean and folded and basically went out the door. He didn't really pay attention to what he put on.

He said that his stepbrother pulled him aside outside and told him that he was stealing the show by wearing his company t-shirt to dinner.

He said that his family is split in terms of what they think and so he needs an outside opinion to find out if he's really TA or not.

People immediately start commenting that he's NTA and that the business t-shirt shouldn't have been a distraction unless it was for something provocative.

This is also true too that the stepbrother is the one that made it a big deal and got everyone to pitch in their opinion.

A clean shirt is a clean shirt and they're lucky that it wasn't something else or a dirty shirt. A company tshirt is harmless.

This person seems to think that the step family has issues and they are the ones making that big of a deal out of literally nothing.

I think there are certain things that should be addressed and certain things that shouldn't. This is one of those things that shouldn't.

Someone finally asked the question that we all wanted the answer to. We wanted to know what kind of company it was that caused such a controversial argument within his family. Turns out, it's not that exciting of a company.

We feel like OP really did nothing wrong here and simply wore whatever shirt was closest to him. His stepbrother is the one making it a big deal and got their entire family into an argument over a literal t-shirt.

This situation hopefully will be resolved soon since nothing crazy actually happened.
