If you've worked in customer service, or any service industry job, you would be familiar with the saying, 'the customer is always right'. However, if you have worked in any kind of customer service job, you would know that customer is right MAYBE 1% of the time. The rest of the time it pretty much feels like they're out to get you and if they're not complaining to you, they're asking to speak to your manager.
