2020 wasn't what we thought it would be... and there's a pretty good chance that you're suffering emotionally.

Even in the 21st century, where 'mental health' is definitely part of our daily rhetoric, people still tend to neglect their mental and emotional state for a very long time - pretty often, until they snap. A snap can take many forms, from an all out nervous breakdown, to something less intense (but still very damaging) like lashing out at friends or family.

This year has been a difficult one, especially with isolating lockdowns, unemployment and unfortunately, an unprecedented number of people losing their lives after contracting Covid-19. All of these factors can seriously affect our mental health, even if we aren't directly impacted.

Sometimes, something as simple as watching the morning news is enough to trigger your mental health to take a negative turn. Recently, Twitter user @P_Walkerr2 went viral after sharing a thread that named 9 signs of emtional/mental exhaustion.
