We've all been there - well, most of us. You're at work and you're the only one who is really working. You get in early, bust your butt to get everything done and by around 11am, you're totally finished. The reward? Usually, more work.
It's unfortunate but true, often the most efficient and hard-working employees are saddled with extra work or left to pick up the slack of others who take their sweet time and cruise right through the day doing the bare minimum.
