Things took a strange turn when one of Jacquie’s friends, who was wearing shorts, was told they couldn’t enter the club. The solution? The club conveniently had an overpriced clothes shop inside where they could buy more appropriate attire.
That should have been the first red flag, but Jacquie and her friends pressed on. They eventually splurged on an expensive bottle of tequila. And that’s where the night started to blur.
The next thing Jacquie remembers is waking up in her clothes on top of her bed with no memory of how she got there. Feeling groggy and confused, she checked her bank account only to have her heart drop.
