The horror movie franchise Jeepers Creepers will get its newest installment soon, or at least that is what some new info on IMDb suggests. It is no wonder that the studio is working on the fourth installment since the movie series has been highly successful.

Another reason might be that they are trying to make up for the previous movie of the series, which the audience didn’t like very much. It turns out that the work on the new movie has progressed much more than expected.

IHorror reported that some changes were made to the Jeepers Creepers 4 IMDb page. We can see that the movie is now “announced” and that a “script” has been finished in January.

We can also see that the California-born filmmaker, Victor Salva is writing the story, and Primetime Emmy nominee, Kirk D’Amico is working in the production.

Bringing Victor Salva on the team might present a problem for the studio and the franchise's future success. He is a convicted pedophile, and attaching his name to the movie might prove disastrous.

As for the leading roles, nothing is certain yet, but Jonathan Breck will probably return as The Creeper if the fourth part of the series gets filmed.
