Nara Smith Shares Potential Baby Names, and TikTok Is Confused: 'These Are Just Random Words'
Model and influencer Nara Smith recently surprised fans with the news of her fourth pregnancy. But what’s grabbing even more attention than the baby announcement is the unique list of potential names she shared in a TikTok video—names that many users are saying sound more like random words than baby names.
At just 23 years old, Nara is already a mother of three. She and her husband, model Lucky Blue Smith, are known for their creative naming style. Their current lineup includes Rumble Honey, age four, Slim Easy, age three, and Whimsy Lou, age one.
“For reference, our kids all have unique names... so it's harder and harder coming up with names,” Nara said in the video.
She kicked things off with a bit of humor. “The first name is Moonbeam, and the second name is Ice Cream. I think that's just so beautiful,” she joked, giving a nod to the Benson Boone song and acknowledging the buzz her past name choices have already sparked.
Then came the real list.
For boys, Nara shared a lineup that included Moss, Goody, Sundae, Champ, and Silk. She also mentioned that she “really likes” the name Dare for a boy.
“Boy names are easier to come up with,” she said before moving on to her favorite picks for girls.
The girl name list included Twinkle, Velvet, Button, which she called “so cute,” as well as Willow Mirror, a name she described as a “more classic” choice.
“I love the name Apple, I won’t be using because it’s been used before,” she explained, referencing the name famously chosen by Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin. Still, she added that she’s also fond of the name Berry.

Rounding out her list were the names Merit and Shimmer. “All of these can go as a first or second name, but it's getting harder to name children,” she concluded.
The video has gone viral, racking up over 41 million views and plenty of reactions from viewers who were equal parts amused and bewildered.

Another joked, “Are you raising Hunger Games characters?”
A third asked, “Do you realize they will be adults some day?”
Not everyone was critical, though. One viewer chimed in with, “Velvet is kinda cute.”
