Many things got ruined this year due to the coronavirus pandemic. Basically any activity that involves fun and entertainment is now considered risky and the list keeps growing by the day.
This couple from Austin, Texas, decided to do something about it to save Halloween this year. They came up with a brilliant idea that would make trick-or-treating so much safer and convenient.
October is creeping around the corner and these DIY YouTubers that go by the name Wicked Makers just released a smart alternative to trick-or-treating, they even made an amusing and informative how-to video, showing people how to replicate their idea.
Jamie and Jay from Wicked Makers are YouTubers who create fun and free high-quality DIY videos about all kinds of fun things that you can make yourself at home.
“We do this because our favorite thing and we want to share it with the world,” they wrote on their website.
Jay has worked for 15 years in the media, video games, and animation industries. He's also the leader of the product team at Faceware, which is an animation and motion capture company based out of Los Angeles, California. He and Jamie make a great team thanks to her strong background in marketing, engineering, and special effects fabrication.
She worked for 8 years at DreamWorks Animation, multiple years in Austin at Rooster Teeth, and currently holds the position of a full-time mom and of course, a Wicked Maker.
Halloween is Jamie and Jay's favorite holiday in case you didn't already figure it out. They have shared many great DIY ideas for Halloween during the past couple of years. That includes videos ranging from fake spooky graveyards to life-size mummies.
