2. They are 91 and 86 years old.
3. They got married on January the 6th, 1952, at First Lutheran Church in Mitchell, South Dakota.
4. They celebrated it with their friends and family and took a few photos. It was a simple ceremony with lunch, cake, and ice cream in the church’s hall.
5. This is the same wedding dress that Nancy wore 70 years ago on her wedding day. She kept it all those years.
6. She bought the dress from Jarold’s shop for $35, and the veil was $15.
7. She was so happy to have a chance to wear it again. It awoke her beautiful memories from the past.
8. Their wedding rings were bought at Knodel Jewelry, despite Malvin's joke that he had got them from a gumball machine.

11. Back then, three weeks after their wedding Malvin was enrolled in the army and had to go for basic training.
