We have been blessed with a lot of movies and TV shows ever since the birth of the entertainment industry, and a lot of us have come to love such complex characters even though they are only living (or have already died) in a fictional world. It's one thing to connect with characters we only read in books and have only visualized in our heads, but when they bring those characters to life and we get to see them on our screens, it's a whole other story.
Sometimes, movies fail to satisfy our minds with what they are presenting us because we can always tell if an actor is not into their role at all. Whether or not the storyline was adapted from a book, it's always evident when someone is not really fit into the role of the character that they are playing—and it's not always about an actor's skills because sometimes, some things just don't work or fit together at all.
Contrastingly, we can also tell if someone is born for a role—everything about them just screams perfection when it comes to fitting a character's personality, charisma, and appearance. Think of a movie character that was perfectly played by an excellent actor; can you imagine any other person playing that same character at all?
One prime example of someone who absolutely crushed their acting stint as a certain character is Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man—that guy is literally Tony Stark in real life! Imagine if someone like Nicolas Cage actually bagged that role?
