Ever tried to diet? You know how stupid that thing really is?
What's the point of starving yourself half to death just so you can sneak into clothes one size smaller than what you normally wear? With dieting, it takes forever to lose weight.
Let no one tell you otherwise. I hate to break it to you, but models and celebrities you see on mag covers aren't all that thin and in shape.
That's why the gods made Photoshop. But okay, I understand people diet for different reasons (sometimes health-related) but, in general, diet sucks.
I've tried different kinds of diets, but every time I see someone wolfing down delicious full plate meals, my tummy lets out huge whale sounds, presumably telling me how much it hates me for making it starve.
What do you think happens next? Cheat days, that's what.
What started with Sundays as cheat days soon percolated down to Mondays, Tuesdays, and Every Days. Don't trust any fitness freak who's cray cray about diets.
With all the remaining sane cells in their body they'll try to put you on their "awesome" diet, but don't bite the dust. Diets are not awesome, if anything, they're torturous.

But let's remember, dieting isn't for everyone. While they're great, make sure you're not overdoing it.
