Making good looking and functional designs is not a given, a lot of people struggle to make that happen and it's always hilarious to randomly notice something like that in the wild. Most people will expect the closest thing to perfection when they opt for a certain hotel or Airbnb accommodation, which is why it's always disappointing to realize that it's nothing like what you've been expecting.
