Sneaky Dog Steals Grandma’s Dentures And Puts On His Best Smile
Ana Carolina Lima and her fiancé from Brazil made one puppy's life happier a few months ago. This puppy, named Luna, was rescued from the street by Ana and her fiancé, and they have adopted her. They adore her, and Luna brings them joy every day. Recently, during a visit to Ana's grandmother's home, Luna found one more reason to smile.
It didn't take long for Luna to adapt to her new environment, so Ana felt comfortable enough to go out and leave the dog with her grandmother. Lima's grandmother also felt comfortable enough to lie down for a nap.
"As usual, she put her dentures under the pillow so as not to lose them," Lima said.
Luna, who was closely watching what was happening around her, clearly saw it as a good opportunity.
When Ana’s grandma woke up from her nap, her dentures were gone.
"She was pretty desperate that she couldn't find her dentures. She and my mom searched everywhere. They searched for hours," Lima explained.
When she got home and discovered the missing dentures, her first thought was to check if her dog had anything to do with it. The dog was oddly quiet and hiding. It turned out he had his own reasons:
"I found Luna sitting in the armchair with Grandma's teeth in her mouth. She didn't want to give them back!" Lima said, laughing.
Curious Luna was caught in the act, but she didn’t show any signs of regret. In fact, she found all of this fun.
After some wiggling and pulling, Lima was able to retrieve the dentures from the dog, and luckily, they were not damaged. With Grandma’s teeth gone, Luna regained her former winning smile.
Of course, no one was mad at Luna for her little stunt. In fact, their reaction was completely the opposite.
"We all laughed a lot!" Lima said. "We all love animals."
