Meet The Maven Photographer Capturing Cats In Business Places
Cats have a way of showing up exactly where they are not supposed to be, and Marianna Zampieri has built a whole photo series around that habit. Her black-and-white images capture felines in places like libraries, recording studios, and beauty salons, turning ordinary workspaces into scenes with a lot more personality.
The project, called C-AT WORK, follows cats as they settle into their humans' professional lives and make themselves right at home. The result is a mix of playful, documentary-style moments that highlight how comfortable these animals can be, even in the middle of a busy workday.
And once the cats take over the office, the photos get even better.
Photographer, Marianna Zampieri, showcases artistic beauty in her C-AT WORK series

She photographs cats in business environments like saloons...

Her initial interest in the project sprang from its potential to allow her to see cats in the most unusual environments..."where we're not used to seeing them." The photos provide an enthralling look at how these felines assert themselves and take over even the most uninviting workspaces, in part due to their relationship with the humans involved.
Marianna's pictures contain many fun and joyful situations. This is due to her admiration for her feline subjects, nothing you see is contrived or forced.
She explains:
"Cats are really unpredictable, which is the most challenging aspect of the project. They just do not do what you want, when you want. I have no expectations; all I can do is try and wait and see what happens."
While not all cats are natural-born models, Marianna has the patience and skill to coax them into getting into the right positions for the perfect snapshots.
Apart from this series, Marianna continues to photograph private weddings featuring cats. Additionally, she has a new book, "Cats in Venice," which details the felines who prowl the streets of the glamorous Italian city.

...and recording studios, where they can be seen doing their own things or causing adorable distractions to their human friends.

Marianna captures the beauty of the relationship between cats and humans even in the workplace. The fire still burns strong outside the home.

Marianna just wants to show the world that cats are not only cute pets, but they can also be helpful and friendly companions in any environment. These images capture that perfectly while also revealing the unique bond that felines have with their humans. a renowned sex therapist and relationship expert, states, "Pets can provide unconditional love and companionship, enhancing our emotional well-being."
