Two Stray Dogs Gain Forever Love When They Take On The Role Of Protecting A Blind Elderly Woman Sleeping Outside
Dogs are truly the absolute best animals on earth. They are intelligent, cherished, can be silly, and are very loyal and protective of those they love and care about.
In Nepal, two dogs took their role as protectors to a whole new level. Photographs circulating on the internet show two dogs watching over a helpless elderly woman.
In March 2020, Ake Srisuwan uploaded two photographs of the canines and an elderly woman on his Facebook account. The first picture, which you’ll see below, is a close-up of the stray dog sitting next to the defenseless grandmother lying by the river.
There is another picture that shows a wider shot of the riverbank, alongside another dog lying at a somewhat greater distance but still parallel to the position where the elderly woman lay. The woman in question is said to be blind and was seen sleeping at the edge of the riverbank, all wet and muddy.
That is when Srisuwan noticed the unusual scenario. From afar, you wouldn’t be able to determine what was happening. However, it became clear to Srisuwan when he zoomed in with his camera that these two canines were actually watching over the elderly woman.
This story is proof that dogs are faithful and loyal to the very end

He was touched after realizing what he had just seen, and Facebook users who viewed the photograph were also moved with compassion and pity for the elderly woman sleeping on the muddy riverbank. A few comments likewise praised the dogs' faithfulness for never leaving the lady.

The Facebook post actually received over 750 reactions with more than 50 shares, and the authorities quickly went to assist the elderly woman and her loyal companions. It was even reported in the Nepali News Update that the poor woman and her dogs were treated at a local hospital.
These photographs are an ideal illustration of dogs' unwavering loyalty. There are many dog stories that demonstrate their loyalty to their owners.
There were two dogs guarding the elderly woman, and this is a perfect example of dogs’ unwavering loyalty

One reason why dogs remain so loyal is that they are pack animals. Before domestication, their earliest wolf ancestors used to move in packs.
The stronger wolves were responsible for protecting the cubs, females, and the most vulnerable members of their packs. That characteristic was passed down to these domestic dogs, so the dogs guarding this elderly woman may have regarded her as part of their pack.
There are plenty of other reasons why dogs guard their human owners

There are many different reasons canines watch over their human owners. When you pet, feed, and play with your dogs regularly, they won’t see you as a threat, and they will reciprocate that generosity by protecting you.
Dogs are faithful and loyal to the very end, and there’s no question about that. This story alone is enough proof.
