Precious Dog Loves This Tiny, New Human So Much That He Refuses To Be Left Out Of The Newborn Photo Session
Some dogs act like they are ready for a baby, and Bentley clearly got the memo. The fluffy Goldendoodle had already won over the internet, but his sweetest role was waiting at home with the Madsen family.
Kelly Madsen wanted to make sure her dog and her newborn could settle into family life together, and Bentley did more than cooperate. He leaned all the way in, becoming protective, affectionate, and impossible to leave out of the moment.
That is exactly what happened during the newborn photo session, and Bentley made sure he was part of the picture.
This is Bentley; he's a Golden Doodle around 5 years old and a total social media sensation.

Bentley has almost 300k followers on Instagram and 1.2 million followers on TikTok!

Kelly Madsen, Bentley's proud dog mom, wanted to be ready to bring home a baby. In an interview with The Dodo, she said:

Then Kelly said:
“When we finally brought our baby home, we kept him in his car seat, and Bentley ran right over to sniff him and wag his tail excitedly. Bentley has been very, very gentle with him and seems to understand already that he is part of our pack.”

Bentley took to his human baby brother very well, becoming protective and loving from the get-go.
Bentley wanted to be around the baby all the time!
“Whenever he hears a cry, he runs over and begins whining to alert us that the baby needs us,” Madsen said. “We have a bassinet where he takes naps, and Bentley gets very upset when we put him in it because he's unable to directly see the baby.”

Bentley is the best big brother and the best protector.
Like most new parents, the Madsen parents wanted to do a newborn photo session for their new baby. Naturally, upon Bentley's investigation of the situation, he had to be involved! Of course, Bentley is an Internet superstar, so he's used to posing for pictures, making playful videos, and being the general center of attention.

That is where the photo session took an adorable turn.
The plan wasn't for Bentley to be in the photos for this photo session, at least not for Mom and Dad... but Bentley made his own plans.
“Bentley insisted on being right by the baby, so there was no option to take them without him — and they turned out better because of it,” Kelly explained.

Kelly got plenty of adorable photos of the dynamic duo, and everyone's opinion seems to be (rightfully) that the pictures are just better because of Bentley!
“I love the pictures; it's incredible to see the bond between our two kids, even if one is a little bit furrier than the other.”

“Bentley was our first child, and it warms my heart to see how welcoming and loving he is with him!”
He was never going to stay out of the spotlight for long.
