Meet 4-Year-Old Maine Coon That Weighs 28 Pounds And Is The Biggest Cat In New York City
Meet Samson, the biggest cat in New York City! The enormous cat, also known as Catstradamus, resides in Brooklyn's Williamsburg with his owner, Jonathan Zurbel.
The massive 28-pound, 4-year-old Maine Coon can extend to a length of four feet. Samson is a cat who is almost as tall as some people; yet, despite his remarkable height, his owner claims that he is healthy and eats a well-balanced diet.
However, many individuals have voiced their concerns, claiming that Samson is certainly obese. Jonathan disagrees and asserts that the cat engages in all the activities typical for a creature of his size.
Samson does have one exception, though, which is when he goes on walks with his human riding in a stroller. Jonathan is pleased to say that Samson behaves like a dream cat in terms of his behavior.
The cat is incredibly affectionate and devoted to his owner, enjoying early morning cuddles on his belly. He is also the ideal sleep buddy due to his extraordinary fluffiness.
Come on, who wouldn’t love to sleep holding such soft and fluffy fur? Samson is currently the biggest cat known to the online world.

Even though Zurbel has issued a challenge to those who follow him and his pet online to find a larger cat, nobody has taken it up. In fact, you need to watch the video to truly believe it.
The feline is apparently extremely loving and caring towards his owner and loves to cuddle on his belly
Samson may be gigantic, but he is not overweight; rather, he is a healthy and content cat of enormous size. Samson's owner described him as a "gentle giant" to The Dodo.
"Very sweet, tender, but a tough guy. He likes to wrestle and play, but secretly enjoys being pampered as long as nobody is watching. He is a ladies' man who loves females much more than males, except for his daddy, whom he loves very much."
Zurbel has even challenged people who follow him and his cat online to find a bigger feline, but so far no one has stepped forward
Samson, who is four years old, has lived in his father's apartment in the city since November of 2013. He was always a very large kitten, even as a baby, and now weighs around 10 pounds more than a typical Maine Coon cat would.
Despite the relatively small apartments in New York City, he always manages to find room for himself.
