Cat Loves Snuggling With Her Mama's Pregnant Belly And It's Adorable
A rescue cat named Panda has turned one pregnancy into the sweetest little routine. What started as an ordinary bond between Liel and the kitten she adopted quickly became something much more attached, especially once Liel’s belly began to grow.
Panda now seems fascinated by the baby bump, curling up against it every chance she gets. Liel thinks it is adorable, but she also has one big worry about how the cat will react once the baby is finally home.
For now, Panda is still acting like the most devoted little companion in the house.
As Liel's belly started growing, Panda seemed to notice the change. Whenever she had the chance, Panda would snuggle up to Liel and lay on top of her tummy.

This is similar to a husband helping his pregnant wife calm her fear of their dog.
While Liel thought this was adorable, she was naturally a little worried. She was anxious about what Panda would do when the new baby actually arrived. Would she be jealous? Would she try to lay on top of the baby?
Well, after Liel gave birth to her beautiful son, Sean, she posted an update (along with some adorable photos).
It turns out that Panda had been "guarding the baby" for those nine months, and once Sean arrived, Panda devoted all her attention to him.
Since Panda was not allowed into Sean's crib, she would sit nearby and watch over him constantly.
“Every time I put the baby in the crib, I can see lots of cat fur all over the bed,” says Liel.

“Cats and dogs are great companions for kids, and they can learn so much from them. I saw people giving up on their pets once there is a baby in the family because they’re afraid the pet will hurt the baby. I wish people would stop doing that!” Liel said.
