He has big blue eyes, a cranial abnormality, a snaggletooth, and big blue eyes. He can only eat wet food and has undergone several surgeries to correct other health issues.
He probably won't be able to be adopted until he is older and his health is more stable, but that won't stop him from winning people's hearts!
He still looks like he is waiting for someone to pick him up and tell him he is perfect.
