Photographer Morphs Cats With Their Owners, And It's Bizarre, To Say The Least
Some photo projects are strange enough to stop you mid-scroll, and Sebastian Magnani’s cat portraits do exactly that. His latest series takes the same idea that made his earlier work with dogs go viral, then pushes it into even weirder territory.
In Undercats, Magnani photographs cats and their owners, then blends the two into one surreal image. Each portrait reportedly takes hours to finish, from the original photo shoot to the final merge. The result is equal parts funny, unsettling, and oddly charming.
Now the finished images are doing the rounds again, and it is hard to look away.
