Dog Got Hit By A Speeding Car At 80 MPH On Highway But Miraculously Survived Unscathed
A driver was speeding at 80 mph on a highway in Italy when he felt he hit someone or something. He had hit a stray dog that wandered into the middle of the road.
He gasped when he saw what had happened to the dog, as he was expecting the worst. What he discovered was, in fact, miraculous.
The dog has not only survived but got stuck in the front grille of the car, thus preventing him from sustaining serious injuries.
Considering the speed of the car, the impact should have been fatal, but the grille saved his life. The driver immediately called the Italian Veterinary Ambulance.
Their representative, Jimmy Dotti, was the first one to reach the scene of the accident. He was left speechless when he saw the dog's situation.

“In my many years of rescuing animals, I would say that this is one of the most miraculous cases,” Dotti shared.
The rescuers sedated the dog before pulling him out of the car's grille. Upon inspection, they realized he had sustained only minor injuries.

His scans were done, and they revealed that he had fortunately not suffered any spinal or brain injury.
He had only suffered a slight fracture in one of his front legs. Other than that, he remained largely untouched in the accident.
He started recovering pretty quickly and was named Paraflu by the rescuers.
Thankfully, Paraflu's spirits are still high, even though his leg will take some time to heal properly. Paraflu is now happy and hearty.

No one really figured out Paraflu's background or how he ended up in the middle of the highway on that fateful day.
But he got a second shot at life. His rescuers are determined that he now has a bright future ahead of him.
Once Paraflu is fully recovered, they will put him up for adoption or in foster care. "Paraflu is a really good dog," Dotti said.
"He will make the family who adopts him very happy."
