A Tortured Bait Dog Always Carries His Security Blanket
Dogs are the sweetest cuties in the world. They literally require only one thing to turn our lives around forever.
And that one thing is love. Dogs are in dire need of love, affection, and trust.
Dogs are very innocent and aren’t really that demanding - a bit of love, a pet and a treat here and there... And they will be forever grateful for that.
That’s what we dog lovers absolutely cherish about dogs. However, some individuals treat these animals in the worst possible ways because they have no idea of their genuine value.
Many people "use" dogs for their own benefit. Bait dogs are frequently employed in dog fight clubs as a tester for other dogs to demonstrate their fighting abilities.
The bait dog is essentially thought of as a lifeless dummy that other dogs attack, practice on, and frequently beat to death. So awful.
No dog should be used as bait. They are so priceless and genuinely try their hardest to make our life happier, more joyful, entertaining, and blissful.
And the actions of people are harmful to them. Today's story revolves around a pitbull named Bubby who was used as a bait dog. It is heartbreaking.
When Bubby was taken out of the dog fighting ring, he was in a terrible state. His body was severely bruised and with wounds everywhere.

Because of the psychological and physical trauma, Bubby had entirely forgotten how to behave like a dog.
He was covered from head to paw in who knows what diseases and was terrified to approach people. Bubby was in such horrible shape when the rescuers found him that they eventually put him on a list for euthanasia.
They believed that death would be more peaceful for him than life. Bubby was just in time saved from being put down, but the person who did it was bad.
The adorable dog's problems grew as a result of having to spend the following months imprisoned in a garage.
Bubby was a bait dog. This is an equivalent of a combination of a sparing partner and a lifeless crash-test dummy.

One kind woman adopted the dog and gave it a happy home. Bubby wasn't used to receiving endless affection from people, so at first, everything seemed quite unclear to him.
Bubby had all the time and space in the world to go past his past, get through the stage of shyness, and transform it into strong confidence because she was incredibly slow and progressive with the process. And the all-powerful force of love took care of the rest.
Bubby changed into a completely different dog in a few months. He built an unbreakable bond with the woman who saved him and gave her a second chance at life.
He finally found a loving home. During crate training, he fell in love with his blanket. And now he won't go anywhere without it.

The next stage was to train him to use a crate so that he could feel safe and secure when his owner wasn't around. Bubby grew to appreciate blankets a lot during the crate training process.
He loved the warmth of the covers. Bubby's love for the blanket gradually piqued his interest in other things, such as pillows and toys.
This made him feel as if he was precisely where he was supposed to be, and the scars from his past just kept dissipating. The security blanket actually had a significant impact on this.
Bubby now has a brother. Simon is also an adopted dog. And they enjoy each other's company.

Simon, another rescue pitbull, was quickly taken in by the family. The plan was to keep Bubby company and make him happy.
Bubby's parents had hoped that once Simon had come into his life, he would gradually lose interest in the blanket, but certain habits are unbreakable. The family believes that because of Bubby's growing adoration for his security blanket, Simon, his younger brother, may start exploring the house soon with a blanket of his own.
