A five-year-old boy went missing from his home, but you might be surprised to know that he eventually had a companion with him throughout his journey. The little boy was accompanied by a German Shepherd dog that stayed with him the whole time.

The Houston Police Department received a call that a toddler was walking on the side of train tracks with a dog. They were eventually found by the police, and the toddler was safe with his parents.
This is a bit about what the police officer had to say about the story: “Witnesses told me the dog was with the little boy when they found him,” Sgt. Ricardo Salas explained in a tweet.
“As I walked away with the boy, the dog followed. He [the dog] was his protector and his angel.”

“I was not surprised when they said he was walking with him the entire time.”
