Golden Retrievers Helped A Toddler Escape Her Room And You Will Not Believe Why
Bleu and Colby were already the kind of dogs who could turn a quiet home into a comedy show, but things got even funnier when their baby sister arrived. At first, Chloe was just the new little human in the house, and her parents thought the golden retrievers would need time to adjust.
Instead, the dogs took one look at her and decided she was their favorite person. As Chloe grew into a toddler, the trio formed a tiny alliance built on pets, treats, and a whole lot of mischief.
Then the family realized the dogs had figured out a way to use Chloe for an early-morning snack run.

When they met their little sister, Chloe, they were ecstatic, and so were their parents. They couldn't believe everything was going so well, but little did they know that Bleu and Colby had a plan up their sleeves.
They were going to make little Chloe their partner in crime!

"Colby was immediately, 'This is my person,'" Cardinal said. "Bleu took some warming up. Then he realized she was capable of giving pets."
So, Chloe started growing up, and when she reached toddlerhood, Bleu and Colby realized that their little sister could do way more than just give them pets. She gives them treats without being stingy like her parents.
And that is how the bottom of her feeding chair became Bleu and Colby's favorite place to be, always.
That sweet setup did not last long.

It was obvious that Chloe was their favorite human because she gave them all the treats that they weren't really supposed to get. But one day, Bleu and Colby decided that these little bits of scraps were not working for them anymore, and they wanted more.
So, what did they do? They went straight to the source!
Unfortunately for the three of them, their parents found out when Chloe was caught walking around the house early in the morning. They knew her door was closed, and she couldn't possibly open it on her own.
So, they went investigating and watched the surveillance footage they had in Chloe's room. That is how they found out that Bleu and Colby helped Chloe sneak out of her room so that she could give them an early breakfast.
Speaking of unexpected chaos, check out the foster care volunteers shocked by a litter of puppies that looked like little cows.
"They definitely knew what they were doing," Cardinal said. "They start getting really hungry around 6 a.m., and instead of barking outside our room, I think they figured they'd try the baby. They've snuck into her room overnight before, but not for breakfast. (At the time, she wasn't walking yet.) So this is the first time it affected a prison break."
Chloe was more than willing to help her fur brothers get some good snacks, and Chloe's parents know that this sneaky trick was only the tip of the iceberg, with loads more to come.
But luckily, they wouldn't trade it for the world!
That family routine is probably never going to be boring again.

"Chloe wakes up every morning and asks to see 'puppeh,'" Cardinal said. "She has to go give them their pets each morning. They teach her how to be gentle with animals, socialization, etc. - and also how to get back up when they knock her over, which happens from time to time."
Although Chloe's parents love their special bond, they are still thinking, "We're second-guessing having another baby, for sure," Cardinal joked.
Now the whole house runs on puppy energy and toddler chaos.
