Rescue Puppy, Matilda, Can’t Hide Her Joy As She Finally Leaves The Shelter
Matilda is unfazed by anything, and despite a difficult start in life, the adorable puppy is one of the happiest puppies you'll ever see. The pit bull puppy was found as a stray by the Douglas County Animal Shelter in Georgia when she was only two months old.
She had skin conditions and worm infestations, but she was a little beam of light from the moment she was rescued. She was simply destined to survive!
She made everyone at the shelter happy by showering them with kisses. Her upbeat attitude is contagious.
Pibbles & More Animal Rescue adopted her after meeting her at the shelter and falling in love with her right away. When it came time for her to move into a foster family, her joy went into overdrive.
Her tiny tail wiggled so fast that it's a wonder it didn't fly away. Matilda wagged her tail the entire drive home to her new foster mother, Kerrie Rich, and despite the fact that the trip lasted well over an hour, Matilda simply could not stop.
Matilda appears to have no memory of the past and is overjoyed with life because she has completely put it behind her. The adorable dog maintains a positive outlook on life and cheerfully spreads her joy to those around her.

Matilda has now settled in with Rich, and she is still ecstatic, wagging her tail nonstop. Matilda brings joy to the entire family by playing with her new foster siblings.
You can tell just by looking at her that she has found her forever home, and we love to see it.

She is so sweet that she can't help but make everyone smile. She will be ready for the next stage of her journey—finding a forever home—once her skin has completely cleared up, and whoever is lucky enough to bring this beautiful girl home for good will have our complete admiration!
