Dogs Chase Ambulance And Wait Outside Hospital For Their Homeless Owner To Come Out
Luiz is a homeless man who lives on the streets of Cianorte City in Paraná, Brazil. He has been homeless for more than twenty years and sadly lives with untreated psychiatric problems.
Luiz refuses to receive medical attention. In fact, he refuses to accept pretty much any help at all.
However, although you may think Luiz might be lonely, he is not entirely alone in his journey. Luiz has a group of very loyal friends with him—a family of six stray dogs.
The dogs follow Luiz everywhere he goes, ensuring that he is safe. One night, when Luiz suffered a stroke, his canine friends were right there by his side.
When Luiz collapsed, some passers-by called an ambulance for him. The dogs followed closely behind as the ambulance drove off with Luiz inside.
The six pups waited patiently outside the Santa Casa Hospital while Luiz was inside. His best friends weren't going anywhere until they knew he was okay.
The dogs could be heard crying from the door, and after a while, they lay on the ground, settling in for the long haul. Onlookers at the hospital said it was a very moving scene to witness.
When Luiz was released, he left through a different door and had no idea the dogs were waiting for him. He was taken to his brother's house, but the dogs continued to wait patiently outside the hospital.
So, a kind volunteer decided to help by reuniting Luiz with the dogs. The pups were so happy and relieved when they saw that Luiz was safe—such a heartwarming moment for everyone involved!

What a moving story! It's certainly not hard to see why our beloved pooches are known as man's best friends.
Dogs have a way of knowing when a person needs them. They can sense when someone is down, depressed, or unwell, and if a dog cares for you, you can be sure that you will never, ever be alone in a time of need.
We are so lucky to share the world with such incredible, intelligent, and loyal animals. We are sure Luiz would agree!
Do you share your life with an amazing dog (or perhaps two, or three, or six)? If you have a remarkable story of canine loyalty, we would love to hear it in the comment section.
