A Gorilla Helping An Injured Bird Is One Heart-Melting Display Of Kindness

In other words, these gorillas have the hearts of humans too. They feel pity, empathize, and get hurt just as we do.
So when this gentle giant saw a seemingly injured bird, he hurriedly approached the poor creature and tried his best to check on it and help the bird fly.
This heartwarming scene occurred in a zoo enclosure in New South Wales, Australia. People were able to witness and film the gorilla's heroic act of saving the bird.
The gorilla first made his way to the lawn, where people were unaware that the bird was present.
He then approached the bird and investigated whether it was injured. He repeatedly checked the bird by gently nudging it, as if to say, "Just go and fly away!"
The bird appeared to be groggy, possibly in pain. The gorilla even leaned down to get a better view of the bird.
