100-Year-Old Granddad And A Tiny Kitten Become Best Friends
Manuel just turned 100, and his family found the perfect way to make the celebration even sweeter. They surprised him with Bloom, a tiny kitten who quickly turned into his favorite companion.
He lives with his granddaughter, Maria Suarez, and her family, who brought the kitten home to keep him company. Manuel had no idea what was coming, but the moment Bloom appeared, his reaction said everything.
Now the pair are inseparable, and their bond has caught plenty of attention online.

They've bonded since the moment they met and have been inseparable ever since. "My grandfather is 100 years old, and the kitten has given him another 100 years of life," Maria says. "He is always attentive to Bloom. They spend all day playing and even take naps together."
Maria was so delighted to see her granddad so happy that she started documenting Manuel and Bloom's time together:
People online are loving this relationship, and the video quickly went viral.
"It has been incredible, all the love and affection that the video has received," Maria said. "I did not expect it to go so far."
Maria tried telling her granddad that he and his furry friend have become famous, but he didn't seem to care much about it. After all, he and Bloom have better things to do.
It’s a sweet parallel to the world’s oldest cat getting adopted and finally living her best years.
