Puppy Is Very Happy When He Meets A Jogger After Being Abandoned By His Owner
A stray puppy, a morning jog, and one lucky encounter turned into a rescue story that is hard to forget. The little dog had already been abandoned by his owner, and for a moment, it looked like he might be left to fend for himself.
Then a jogger spotted him at just the right time and stepped in before things got worse. What happened next is a reminder that sometimes the smallest acts of kindness can change everything for an animal in need.

This dog was left behind in some bushes by its owner. This, unfortunately, is a common case: the abandonment of dogs, which is something we are striving to fix.
A jogger spotted the dog hiding behind the bushes, and once the dog saw him, he knew that the jogger was safe. This made the dog want to follow the jogger everywhere, which seemed to help him in the long run.
The dog started pawing and nuzzling at the jogger's shoes, indicating that he wanted the man to take him somewhere safe.
This is similar to the woman who traced a cry and found a wounded puppy abandoned in snow.
It's so nice that there are people in the world who truly love animals and will step out of their way to help one if they see one.
This jogger understood what the dog was asking of him, but he knew that he couldn't leave the dog there. It was not a safe place at all, as it was in the middle of the wild, and there was a busy freeway just 500 feet away.
The jogger realized that he would have to come up with another plan to get the dog to safety and ensure that he stays safe wherever he is.
That's when he decided to take the puppy home with him and provide him with food, water, and a safe, warm place to sleep. He then called an animal shelter, which was able to find the dog a forever home.

We're so happy that this jogger was running through that area when he was, because if not, who knows what would have happened to that poor, sweet dog. It's always sad when we hear stories like this, but it's equally refreshing when we hear of a human who steps out of their way to help these animals.
