Rare Pink Dolphin Has Given Birth To An Adorable Pink Dolphin Calf
Dolphins are universally accepted as all-around cool animals. They are relatively tame and probably would not hurt you if you got too close (but, obviously, we would not recommend it).
Dolphins can also perform some impressive tricks! They jump out of the water and can flip around skillfully.
They are also incredibly cute creatures that make very funny noises. But the only thing better than a regular dolphin?
A pink dolphin. Honestly, if my girl-girl, pink-obsessed, dolphin-loving ten-year-old self saw this, she would have absolutely lost her mind (even as an adult, I am having a hard time keeping my cool)!
A pink-colored dolphin has been known to live in Louisiana’s Calcasieu River.
A rare genetic mutation is what caused the rosy-colored dolphin.
But if Pinky's calf is pink too, that brings hope for more pink dolphins in the future!
