Cat Sanctuary for Unwanted/Surplus Animals That Took in a Pair of Rusty-Spotted Cats Announces They Have Two Adorable Cubs
There is no shortage of diversity among wildlife in the world, especially when it comes to cats. The richness of our planet's biodiversity offers countless benefits.
We are so blessed to still have a considerable number of exotic creatures in our lifetime; this is especially true for the cats of the world. While we are mainly familiar with domestic cats and big cats, there are many more wild cat species that we are still unaware of.
The rusty-spotted cat is a great example. Not only are they incredibly adorable, but they are also quite small, growing to just 35–48 cm in length.
Porfell Wildlife Park and Sanctuary in Cornwall, England, recently welcomed a pair of rare rusty-spotted cats. This adorable pair has recently blessed the world with two amazing cubs.
The sanctuary's original announcement:

The babies are only 8 weeks old and are already eager to start exploring their surroundings, while their mom constantly ensures that no harm comes to them.

Rusty-spotted cats are native to India and Sri Lanka, and the species is unfortunately classified as endangered. The Rusty-Spotted Cat Conservation Breeding Program was initiated to protect the species, and the birth of the two cubs was part of that initiative.

The sanctuary is currently closed due to the coronavirus lockdown and now exclusively shares news of its new guests through social media. The Porfell Wildlife Park and Sanctuary is struggling financially due to the pandemic.
You can support them by donating to their GoFundMe campaign.
