Chonky Cat With An Abundance Of Sass Who Was Surrendered By Her Elderly Owners Finds The Purrfect Forever Home
Bitty had plenty of attitude, a love of treats, and no interest in blending into the background. When her elderly owners could no longer give her the life they wanted for her, the black and white domestic shorthair was surrendered to the Winchester SPCA in April 2022.
She arrived in good health and quickly made herself known at the shelter, where she spent two months meeting new cats and waiting for the right person to notice her. Bitty liked other felines well enough, but people were always her first choice, especially once she decided they were worthy of her attention.
That mix of sass and sweetness is exactly what helped her stand out, and her next chapter came sooner than expected.

Bitty needs a place to live where she can snag the spotlight whenever she wants.

Bitty will want her pet parents to constantly play with her and spoil her with a belly full of cat snacks. Not only that, but she also needs pawrents who will respond to her when she attempts to let them know that she constantly needs back scratching and royal admiration.
She knows exactly how to ask for attention.
While Bitty gets along with the feline bunch, she's much more fond of humans

She also makes sure that her favorite blue toy mouse is nearby so she can use it as a stress reliever if she needs to.
This is giving “I have been the one feeding and watering all of the cats,” like the eldest takeover fight with her younger sister’s new cat.
Her favorite toy blue mouse is near her just in case she feels the need to expend some energy

Swatting the toy across the room is one of the ways she relieves her stress. However, when other cats are after it, it occasionally sparks a fight.
That toy mouse clearly has a lot of responsibility.
Bitty needs a home where she can be the impromptu center of attention

Bitty, however, no longer needs to plop on the ground and wait or wish, as she has finally found her forever home. This happened in June, and Bitty is getting ready to reclaim her position as the ruler of her own castle.
However, Bitty doesn't have to wait and wish anymore as she's plopped on the floor

Bitty found her forever home and is set to transition into being the queen of her own castle, again

Even though these kitties might reside in a temporary home, this does not mean they have lost interest in receiving praise. They still want to feel like they are in charge, and Bitty is no different, as she has taken her place as the queen in her castle.
