Pup Gets Dressed In His Tuxedo To Meet New Family Only For Them To Cancel
Imagine getting dressed up in a tuxedo only to be turned down right before the event. Sadly, this was the fate of a lovely dog in a tuxedo who was waiting for his new family.
Vicente was all dressed up and ready to go to his new home, but something happened. Just a day before he was supposed to be picked up and taken to his forever home, his new 'owners' contacted the organization to cancel his adoption.
The adorable dog was set to be adopted from Fundación Rescátame, a charitable group in La Calera, Colombia. So, the group decided to publish the tragic and heart-wrenching pictures of Vicente on their Facebook page after learning that his adoption had been canceled.
The narrative mentions, “Vicente’s supposed adoptive family never came for him.” This adorable dog was already cleaned up and ready for a home when his supposed new owner decided against continuing with the adoption.
They then inquired as to why the group was treating the procedure so seriously, to which they replied that it is because of this kind of behavior! The rescue group doesn't want to have to worry about how to take care of their animal friends indefinitely.

The adorable little dog's adoption was even officially announced by the new family with the release of brand-new images of him. Vicente has a loving, long-term home, but the group still has 40 other dogs available for adoption.
This year, the rescue's efforts have helped roughly 200 animals find new homes. On their Facebook page, they identify themselves as a "non-profit organization that supports the fight against animal cruelty, as well as the rescue, protection, and care of abandoned animals."
