Some stories are sweet enough to stop you mid-scroll, and this one has a bear cub, a teddy bear, and a bath in the middle of the woods. It is the kind of scene that feels almost too adorable to be real, but the camera caught it anyway.
The cub is Tamarack, an orphaned bear rescued after the California wildfires left him badly injured. After a rough start and a surprising escape, he turned up again in South Lake Tahoe, where he was spotted enjoying some very unexpected company.

All Alone
Tamarack is an orphaned bear who was rescued from the California wildfires. Due to the wildfire, he sustained serious injuries, with his paws severely burned.
Luckily, this cute critter received medical treatment at a wildlife care facility.
Tamarack Escapes
One fateful day, the keepers at the wildlife sanctuary discovered that Tamarack had escaped his area by tunneling beneath the electric fence.
It was a sad day for everyone, as no one knew what dangers he could encounter out in the open. However, almost a year later, Tamarack showed everyone that he is, in fact, doing rather well!
Enjoying Some Quality Time with His Teddy
As an orphan, Tamarack didn’t have many companions around him. However, all that changed when he met a toy bear.
The cute bear was recently caught on a trail camera, enjoying a bath with a friend. He was playing with a toy bear in South Lake Tahoe, California.
What a delightful moment to witness!

Sharing the Sweet Moment
The clip showing this adorable moment was then shared on social media by wildlife enthusiast Toogee Sielsch.
However, this is not the only video Sielsch has of Tamarack. He once recorded him on cameras located in the woods near his home.
The videos clearly show the bear having a wonderful time in the pond.
More for Everyone!
Everyone was worried that Tamarack wouldn’t survive in the wild due to his injuries. But they were pleased to find out that the bear not only survived but was thriving.
