Cat Got A Stroke While Its Owner Was At Work And The Person Who Notified Him Got A Furious Response
Having a pet is like having a best friend who always hangs at your place. And you can never get bored spending time with him.
When you are together you always have something to do, even watching TV on a gloomy day is interesting. If you could, you would never leave each other, not even for a moment.
Unfortunately, at some point and circumstances, you just have to. There are places where you can't take your cat with you, no matter how badly you want to.
And even if it's only for a few hours, you miss your furry friend, and you can't help but continuously wonder if he's okay at home without you. That feeling is not something you can put aside but passes the moment you return home to your lovely pet.
But if your feline isn't feeling well and you still have to leave it for a while, it makes things much more difficult. You spend that time stressed and constantly worrying.
Recently, a Reddit user shared a story of her best friend's cat. The cat wasn't feeling well, but since they lived together, her best friend and his wife went to work and left her to take care of the cat.
However, the cat had a stroke while they were away, and she immediately informed her friend. But it didn't go as she thought because all he did was get mad at her for contacting him.
So she took the cat to the emergency clinic but wondered if she had made a mistake in texting her friend about his cat's stroke and asking him for advice on what she should do.
Here is her dilemma:

Her friend's cat got an eye infection

The cat's health worried them all, especially her friend, but an eye infection wasn't all that bothered that little creature.

Later, the cat got a stroke while her friends weren't home.

"I thought texting him since it is his would have been the right thing to do."

Currently, the cat is fine, but her friend stopped responding to her messages.

"You did the right thing."

Someone who cares would want an update on the cat's health.

He should have come home and brought her to the vet himself.

"I would have done the same thing"

That was the best she could do.

An apology would be the least he should do, but also to cover the cost of the cat's treatment.

He had several options to help the cat, but instead, he chose to yell at an innocent person.

This could also be an option, maybe he was just scared and feeling helpless.

The most important is that the cat is taken good care of, and it is okay now. But what would you do in this situation?
