A professional cyclist in Brazil, Thyago Costa Silva, was training with some friends in a remote area when he spotted some movement in a hole. He decided to investigate it.
That was when he saw five tiny puppies buried in the hole.
The best decision
Silva decided then that he couldn’t leave the pups to perish. With the help of his friends, he pulled the puppies from the hole.
Thanks to him and his friends, the puppies got a second chance at life.
The cyclists didn’t want to leave the pups on the streets after rescuing them, so they decided to take the cute critters along.
Unfortunately, they didn’t have any place to keep the puppies, but they weren’t going to let that stop them. Instead of giving up, they put the pups in their shirts and carried them for about 12 miles.
