Cyclist Heroically Rescues Abandoned Puppies And Delivers Them To Safety
A cyclist in Brazil didn’t just ride past trouble, he stopped it in its tracks. Thyago Costa Silva found five tiny puppies struggling in a deep hole, and the way he handled the situation turned a grim discovery into a full-on rescue mission.
Silva was out on a training ride with a friend, and the puppies were wedged somewhere they had no business being. Silva hauled them out carefully, then did the most practical thing imaginable: he gave each one water, and together with his companion, they tucked the pups into their shirts and rode 12 miles to safety.
By the time Silva got them home, the story was already headed toward the best kind of ending.
Thyago Costa Silva was on a training ride with a friend in Brazil this month.

While Silva and his friend were still out on that training ride, the puppies in the hole turned the whole day into an emergency.
Silva and his companion rode the puppies 12 miles to safety with the puppies tucked in their shirts. It was a very emotional experience for Silva, who was determined to ensure the puppies had a chance at life.
After carefully rescuing the puppies from the hole, Silva provided each one with a bottle of water to quench their thirst. The riders had given the puppies hope, and Silva was determined to keep that hope alive.
Silva spotted five tiny puppies in a deep hole struggling to survive. Silva and his companion rode the puppies 12 miles to safety with the puppies tucked in their shirts.

Right after Silva rescued the five pups and started handing out water, the 12-mile bike ride suddenly became the real test.
Silva and his friend performed a beautiful act of kindness when they decided to take the puppies back home with them. They knew these puppies wouldn't be able to survive on their own, so they sought to find a way to ensure they were taken care of.
Silva went above and beyond, providing the puppies with the nourishment and care they needed to regain their strength. His dedication to the puppies was an incredible act of compassion.
“I took them home and took care of them,” Silva said. His actions went beyond that, however.
It also echoes the stray mama dog that sought help from men at a bachelor party.
He and his friend took the puppies home, fed them, and provided them with shelter.

“They were all adopted by good people who love animals,” Silva said.
