Little Girl Couldn't Hold Back Tears of Joy When She Finally Reunited with Her Lost Dog
A pet dog, Max, couldn't seem to find his way back home for nearly two months. He went missing in San Antonio, Texas, and his adoptive family was very worried that they would never see him again.
That was until Replacement Perez of the Bexar County Sheriff's Office received a phone call about a dog found wandering a nearby street. Perez recalled a lost pet dog pamphlet that had been posted at the substation in an attempt to locate Max.
When Perez arrived at the scene of the dog's discovery, thankfully, the dog in question was Max! He called the family as quickly as possible to confirm that it was their pet, and the family arrived almost immediately to identify Max as their missing family member.
Nobody knew how Max survived out there on his own, but his family was overjoyed to have him back. His two human siblings were especially grateful for the reunion; one couldn't stop crying and embracing Max when he was returned to them.
Little Max is once again safe and back with his loving family, and huge kudos to Perez and the responsible person who made the call after sighting him in the street. He truly made a life-saving call.
