And she's not afraid to tell anyone that her dad belongs to her and only her, even to her human mom, Alicia.
Bristol Has Eyes for Her Dad and Her Dad Only
Alicia and her husband Nathan have raised Bristol ever since she was a tiny, few-week-old puppy. As it seems, though, the dog has a favorite parent.
While many people might feel jealous of this kind of attention, Alicia doesn't really mind. She loves both Bristol and her husband equally, so she simply turns a blind eye from time to time.
Bristol and Her Dad Have an Amazing Bond
“Her go-to person is my husband,” the wife said. “They have this incredible, hard-to-explain bond. The best duo.”
Bristol Has a Certain Look She Always Gives Her Mom
Oftentimes, it's just not enough for Bristol to be with her favorite human. She also needs to make sure that Alicia understands her place, so she developed a certain look to show Alicia whenever she senses her presence while she's having her dad time.
Alicia, of course, is just amused by the situation, and she's even documented it with a bunch of photos showing Bristol's hilarious "dad's mine" face.
Bristol Is Pretty Intent on Making It Clear Who Owns Her Dad
“At first, my head was resting on my husband’s shoulder,” Alicia said. “When I lifted my head, she replaced it with hers. I think she was thinking, ‘He’s my human. Move on over, Mom... he’s mine. But she is also very sweet... when she wants to be!”
