After Being Deserted, This Day-Old Kitten Fights to Live and Finally Gets Adopted Along with His Siblings
Even if it's difficult to acknowledge, we can't deny that there are many little kitties and doggos abandoned on the streets every day, just after they are conceived. Unfortunately, only a few of them can survive such circumstances.
In any case, Buzz was among the lucky ones. The little kitten was found with his siblings in a container in Vista, California, with their umbilical cords still connected to their bodies.
This means that the kittens were around one day old. Nobody knew what happened to their mom; perhaps she died, or maybe her owner simply didn't know how to care for so many lives.
After learning about these little kitties, Love Your Feral Felines (LYFF) immediately took them in and placed them with a benevolent foster mother, who happened to be caring for a nursing mother cat at that time. However, things didn’t go as they had imagined, as each of the infants tenaciously refused to take milk from the mother feline or even from a syringe.
Their medical conditions deteriorated too quickly, so LYFF had to rely on the assistance of a more experienced fosterer named Amanda Hodder, the founder of Kitten Rescue Life. As soon as the kind-hearted lady heard about their case, she promptly set out and drove for a few hours to reach these little babies.

The kittens were around one day old.

Amanda shared that the four kitties had a rough start, as they were the smallest box babies so far. They were at least one day old, and the littlest one weighed just 80 grams. Amanda added that they were experiencing stomach issues, had difficulty maintaining their weight, and began to lose their appetite, which caused them to lose some weight.

After about a week of subcutaneous fluids, Albon, and Karo on their gums, they began to perk up. Amanda named her newly fostered infants the "Appreciation Litter," and to thank their contributors for helping these kitties get back in shape and good health, she decided to let them name these sweeties.
Hey, little one!

Thus, the little Buzz was given the name Fat Boy II. Fat Boy was somewhat of an introvert, and it took Amanda some time to finally get to know this particular kitten.
Fat Boy was an extremely shy kitty

Amanda shared on Facebook that Fat Boy is finally coming around. Unlike his siblings, he was extremely shy, and it took Amanda a long time to earn his trust and cuddle time.

However, the name didn't quite fit him, as he was the only one among the "Appreciation Litter" that had difficulty gaining weight. He was also the last one remaining when each of his siblings was adopted.

To ensure that Fat Boy didn't feel lonely, Amanda sent him to another cat foster home to spend time with other felines. He was named "Fancy Boy" during his brief stay there.

After many highs and lows, Fat Boy actually got lucky and found a home in a way they could never have imagined. A woman saw his photos on the internet and immediately alerted her friend Mallory, who had recently lost a feline that looked exactly like Fat Boy!

Mallory reached out to LYFF immediately, and after spending nine hours on the road, Amanda and Fat Boy finally arrived at Mallory's home in Reno, Nevada.
Cats are indeed adorable animals

And he has a home of his own

The strong kitty now goes by the name "Buzz" and is currently living his life with his sibling, Bolt. It was a long journey for Buzz, but we are glad that he has overcome his intense past and grown into such a bright and sweet kitty now.
Best of luck, Fat Boy! Do share Buzz's magnificent story with your animal-loving friends and family!
