Man Finds The Most Adorable Surprise RIGHT Outside His Window
Just outside one German photographer’s bathroom window, a tiny construction project turned into something much sweeter than anyone expected. Ludwig C. Timm noticed a pair of squirrels quietly building a nest on his windowsill, and before long, the little setup became a front-row seat to family life.
What began as a few twigs turned into a cozy home, complete with growing babies and plenty of moments worth photographing. Timm got to watch the whole thing unfold from inside his own house, including one especially adorable nap that made the whole scene even better.
Now the squirrel family has a viral-worthy story of its own.
Check out that rig!
In this photo, you can see the very handy setup he made to capture pictures from all angles.

Truly, there is nothing like a hug from a parent.
This sweet picture captures a moment parents know all too well—a baby trying to climb up into their parents' arms.

This is the same level of adorable chaos as the storm day when three deer walked into a woman’s living room.
Defying gravity with a kit in mouth
This awesome shot captured mom carrying her kit ON A WALL. Have you ever seen squirrels in this light?

But most importantly: The viral picture!
"It was very lucky for me to be able to take the picture of the sleeping squirrels," Timm said. "Normally they're inside the nest, but it was hot that day, so they slept where I could see them."
Maybe the thought of sleeping squirrels may sound pretty basic, but the picture Timm caught is genuinely impressive, not to mention ADORABLE.

A Happy coincidence
It’s a very nice coincidence, Timm said, that they chose that spot. We got to see the squirrels grow up.
And to think, when this all started, he had just assumed the wind blew a few twigs onto his windowsill. What an incredible circumstance to have happen! Who wouldn’t love being able to peer into the lives of a squirrel family?
Be sure to share these cuties with your friends and family, especially if they happen to love squirrels and baby animals.
