Woman Leaves Her Back Door Open During A Storm, And What She Finds When She Walks Into Her Living Room Is Adorable
A 28-year-old woman did the most wholesome thing imaginable during a storm, and it started with a back door she left open for a second too long. While the weather was rolling in, she figured the deer would stay outside, do their deer thing, and disappear like they always do.
Then she went inside, planning to head to the front door, only to realize the deer were not outside anymore. Three baby fawns were sitting in her living room, huddled up next to an end table like they had just checked into a cozy Airbnb.
And the part that makes it even better, she wasn’t panicking. She was basically like, sure, come sleep here, because how could you say no to faces that small?
Deer are quite cute, even though they aren't exactly comparable to little puppies or baby bunnies.
However, this didn't stop this woman from taking these little fellows in during a storm. She reportedly left the back door open during the storm and came back to find these babies.
Stay tuned for the full story below about what happened.

The woman actually raises wildlife, so this wasn't surprising to her. However, I don't think she was expecting to find these three baby fawns sitting in her living room.
"I raise orphaned wildlife. Recently, the back door was open as a storm was approaching. The deer were nowhere to be found.
I went inside, was heading to the front door, only to see them next to an end table in the living room. I told them they could sleep in the house for the night because it was going to be nasty."

Animals know exactly where to go to feel safe, and obviously, they felt safe with her. These animals definitely made themselves at home while cuddled up together in her living room.

She explains that she just let the three deer sleep in her home. We don't blame her, though, because they were just too cute.
She continues, "But how could you ever say no to a face like this?"

These animals have to endure the weather and wildlife on their own, so when they sense a storm, they usually find a safe place to be.

She left the back door open while the storm approached, and that tiny mistake is what turned her living room into a deer nursery.
It also reminds us of Lori’s shock when a deer family walked into the gift store.
Right when she walked in, she expected to find the fawns outside, but they were already settled next to an end table.
Instead of shooing them out, she let the three baby fawns stay inside for the night because the weather was going to be nasty.
Those cuddle-ready fawns made themselves at home, and her question, “How could you ever say no to a face like this?” pretty much answered itself.
Stories like these always bring us so much joy and happiness because they are very wholesome. We can't even blame her for letting the deer sleep in her home because clearly, they felt safe with her.
We can only wish to be as trustworthy as she is to have those babies come into her home and try to sleep together.
She didn’t just survive the storm, she accidentally hosted three tiny roommates.
