Photographer and Digital Artist Made a Hilarious Transformation of Cats into Celebrities
Britain’s Sunday newspaper, The Sunday Times, turned the phrase “fat cat” into a very literal joke for its Rich List special edition. Instead of using stock images or simple illustrations, the campaign brought in animal photographer Tim Flach and digital artist Antony Crossfield to create cats that look like some of the UK’s most recognizable celebrities.
The results are equal parts strange and spot-on, with feline versions of Simon Cowell, Sir Richard Branson, and Sir Elton John stealing the spotlight. It is the kind of visual gag that works best when you notice the tiny details, especially the collars that give each cat away.
And once you see the full lineup, the whole campaign gets even funnier.

Tim Flach really did an amazing job with these photos. We have no choice but to share some more work from Tim.
Flach created a series of images named More Than Human, where he highlights the physical characteristics of various animals. Working with animals can be very hard, but that didn't stop Tim from creating these amazing photos.
He clearly had a knack for making animals look larger than life.
