Cats are known very much for doing whatever they want, whenever they choose to do it. Cats are not known for their ability to listen to instructions, do as they are told, or having much respect for other people's feelings: which is exactly how we like them.

Imagine how boring life would be if your cat did nothing but what you wanted? It'd be a lot more peaceful, but part of what makes us love cats so much is how independent they are.
