Chubby Cat From Russia Adores Playing In Snow
Ginger has already lived through more than most cats ever will, and now he has turned his second chance into something surprisingly joyful. The fluffy ginger cat from Russia once struggled on the streets, but today he spends his days in a warm home and still makes time for snowy backyard adventures.
His humans first spotted him near their front entrance, where he sat for long stretches like a cat who had never quite learned how to fend for himself. They took him in, named him Ginger, and soon discovered he had a playful side that showed up fast, especially when winter weather rolled in.
Now he is settled in, spoiled, and still very much in charge of his own little territory.

Even though Ginger is now living in a warm and cozy home, it’s evident that his past has made him tough. He likes to spend time in the backyard, playing in the snow and exploring his surroundings.

He is super cute. He loves to be with his people, and I think he knows how to enjoy life because it looks like he savors every moment.
Ginger’s owners said he likes to stay at home, but he also enjoys going outside from time to time. “Snow is not a problem for him; Ginger likes to explore the outdoors in winter too. He even plays with the snow. However, it usually doesn’t last very long, and he runs back home.”

Ginger’s owner also says he is a bit of a troll. “When he is patrolling his territory, he likes to tease neighboring cats and dogs. For example, he sits in front of the fence and just stares at a dog that is barking at him.”
He enjoys spending time outside in the summer as well. Since his owners are often in the garden when the weather is nice, he pops in to check on them.
